The CARICOM Secretariat & The CARICOM Reparations Commission

Reparatory Justice as the Coming Enlightenment

September 17–20, 2026

About

The Third CARICOM Regional Conference on Reparations represents the first major Caribbean forum on reparatory justice in over a decade. Building upon the foundational work of the First Regional Conference in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (2013) and the Second Regional Conference in Antigua and Barbuda (2014), this summit consolidates the vision of the revised CARICOM Ten-Point Plan for Reparatory Justice: A Manifesto for the Coming Enlightenment.
