Third CARICOM Regional Conference on Reparations
Participation & Credentialing
Participation in the Third Regional Conference on Reparations is structured across high-level delegations, institutional participants and public sessions.
In-person attendance is expected to include approximately 150–200 delegates, including Heads of Government, Ministers, United Nations and African Union representatives, national reparations commissions, academics and youth delegates.
Once the official Google Form or registration portal becomes available, the registration button can be activated immediately.
Delegate Travel Checklist
Travel Documents
Ensure your passport is valid for the full duration of your stay and that you have a confirmed return or onward ticket.
Immigration Form
Complete the Barbados Online Immigration and Customs Form at travelform.gov.bb within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Visa Requirements
Delegates requiring entry visas are advised to submit applications at least three weeks before travel through the nearest Barbados diplomatic mission.
Accommodation & Ground Transportation

Special negotiated rates are available for registered conference attendees at selected properties along the South Coast and in Bridgetown.
- Arrival airport: Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI)
- Authorized airport taxis are available outside the terminal.
- Organized shuttle transfers will run between partner hotels and official conference venues.
- Accommodation listing and special packages will be published when supplied.
